the hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a very very nice area, so close to the ocean, and partial view of the sea from the suite. the staff were very amiable and incredibly attentive lot of time. the room was airy, the bed was comfortable and there was a reasonably large bathroom. had a microwave, a coffee maker, and refrigerators at our disposal.
The staff were awful, didn't expect that coming.

I was almost ready to give a good review, but then i saw the towels, stained and filthy. Hardly a luxury experience, is it? The room was not even close to the photos. For this inconvenience, i certainly expected a complimentary upgrade, at the very least, but who cares about unhappy guests here, right?

The room was huge and airy, offered a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. It had comfortable beds and a nice view of the ocean. Really enjoyed the location on the ocean side. Also, the hotel was 10 minutes walk from Playa.

The location was a huge perk with easy access to the beach just a short walk away. The room had excellent water pressure and a cozy balcony that was enjoyable for lounging, though I wished there were a few more places to sit together as a group. I appreciated the beach club access directly behind the hotel, which made for a nice day in the sun. Just be prepared for some quirks. The decor felt a little random and could use a refresh.

Excellent location with easy access to the beach.
Our room looked nothing like the pictures advertised, leaving us feeling deceived. There were no blackout curtains, causing bright security lights to disturb our sleep at night. Dishes were not washed properly and we found dirty utensils upon arrival, disappointing for a place that advertised itself as a relaxing getaway.

Great stay! We had a spacious 2BR suite with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. There's a lovely beach just a short walk away, and we enjoyed using the free chairs at the Paradise Beach Club. Easy access to restaurants and town. Free beach towels 🏖️

My rollercoaster experience!
What a lovely gem! The apartment was spacious and clean, with helpful staff who offered smiles and assistance. Catching a sunset was easy, a half-block walk led to the beach.
Our bedroom decor was random and the living room furniture felt dated. Amenities were limited and required numerous requests for basic essentials like towels.

The location near the beach made it easy to walk down for some sun and relaxation. My room was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the ocean, which I loved. The kitchen was well equipped. I cooked a few meals to save money. The staff, especially Danny at the front desk, were quick to help me with an early check-in and even fixed a minor AC leak promptly. The decor in the kitchen felt a bit dated, and the décor in the living area could use some refreshing. The balcony was great but small, only fitting one chair, so group gatherings were tricky. There were occasional issues with the water pressure in the shower, but it was manageable. Some of the dishes in the kitchen weren't clean upon arrival, and I did come across some old utensils, disappointing. I wished there were more places to sit together in the common area instead of just at the kitchen table. A mixed experience with some highs and lows.

Just a fitting option for a short break in Puerto Morelos with value for money. A nice pool area with a fountain helped us unwind after a long day. Make sure to check how often cleaning services are available during your stay.
